It records first-party events from a small browser tracker, classifies bot traffic at ingest, and surfaces AI crawler activity as a separate observability surface from human events. ## What WebmasterID is not WebmasterID is not a cross-site tracking system, a fingerprinting service, a session-replay tool, or an autonomous SEO bot. It does not read canvas, fonts, or device entropy; it does not set third-party cookies; it does not store raw IP addresses or full user-agent strings beyond what is needed for bot classification at ingest time.
